A: No, we are not. (Subject to size/urgency of project.)

Q: Can I get a test piece?

A: Yes, but at an additional cost.

Q: Can I keep the offcuts?

A: Yes, but please let us know at the beginning of the project.

Q: Can I send you a�PDF, jpg, Photoshop drawing?

A: Yes, but our designer will need to format your files. Which will be an additional cost.

Q: Can I supply my own material?

A: Yes, but we do have our own stock and contacts with well established suppliers.

Q: Can materials be cut with depth control?

A: Yes.

Q: Can supply drawings created with adobe illustrator?

A: Yes

Q: Can you cut plastic?

A: Yes

Q: Can you deliver?

A: Yes, but we charge for deliveries.

Q: Can you do 3D cutting?

A: Only basic 3D, as our machine is 4-Axis.

Q: Can you do double sided cutting?

A: Yes

Q: Can you draw/ format my files for me?

A: Yes, at an additional cost.

Q: Do you do site visits?

A: Yes, depending on the size of the project.

Q: How can I pay for the completed project?

A: First time customers need to make payment before production. If you are a regular customer, an account can be setup for you.

Q: How precise is your CNC machine?

A: Up to 0.1mm

Q: What are your opening hours?

A: Monday ? Friday 8am-6pm

Q: What is the maximum thickness of material you can cut?

A: We can accomodate a maximum of thickness of 100mm

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: It is bespoke to project your needs, However, if your project is urgent, we can deliver according to your needs.
